FAQ

Common questions before you book.

Quick answers for homeowners and landlords across East London.

What areas of London do you cover?

We’re based in East London (E13) and regularly work across Plaistow, Newham, Canning Town, Stratford, Beckton, Ilford, and nearby areas. Send your postcode with the enquiry and we’ll confirm availability.

Are you Part P qualified?

Yes. Work is carried out by a fully qualified electrician to current wiring regulations (including Part P where it applies), with the right certification when the job requires it.

Do you carry out EICR testing for landlords?

Yes. We provide Electrical Installation Condition Reports for homeowners, landlords, and small businesses, plus clear remedial recommendations if anything needs fixing.

Can you install an EV charger at my home?

Yes. We assess your supply and consumer unit, advise on a suitable charger, and install with tidy cable routes and certification on completion.

How quickly can I book a visit?

Most enquiries get a same working-day reply by phone or email. Urgent faults (power out or a board that won’t reset) are prioritised where we can. Mention urgency when you get in touch.
